Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Committee will release its notification for IBPS SO 2019 in the month of October 2019. IBPS conducts Common Written Examination for the Specialist Officer’s for the multiple positions i.e. IT Officers (Scale I), Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale II), Agricultural Field Officers (Scale I), HR/ Personal Officers (Scale I), Law Officers (Scale I) and Marketing Officers (Scale I) in different Public Sector Banks all over the India.

In 2018, IBPS declared around 1590+ vacancies for the post of IBPS SO 2018. Therefore, this year also, it is expecting to release the same number of vacancies for different Specialist Officer’s position.

Eligibility Criteria for Specialist Officer Recruitment 2019

The Citizenship Criteria for the candidate to be eligible for IBPS SO 2019 is as follows:
A candidate applying for IBPS SO Examination must accomplish one of the following:
- A citizen of India or
- A subject of Nepal and Bhutan
- A Tibetan Refugee who came to India for permanent settlement before 1st January 1962
- Person of Indian Origin who migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, or East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Zaire, Ethiopia, Malawi and Tanzania with the intension of permanent settlement in India.
Candidates belonging to the categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) from above shall be person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the government of India.
Age Criteria for Specialist Officer Exam is as follows:
Interested candidate must have age between 20 – 30 years and age relaxation is according to the government norms.
The IBPS has given certain age limit relaxation for various categories, which are as follows:

IBPS SO Mains Result and Scorecard 2019-20 Declared
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Committee has released IBPS SO Exam 2019-20 Mains Result and Mains Scorecard on 5th February, 2020 and 12th February, 2020. The selected candidates who have given mains exam can check their mains result and scorecard from the official website. The main exam was conducted on 25th January 2020 and the students who have cleared mains exam will receive a call for interview.

- Now click the link for IBPS SO Mains Result and Scorecard (in case, when you open official website).
- Enter the login credentials like Registration Number/ Roll Number and DOB/Password.
- Enter Captcha code and click on the Login button.
- The result will be displayed on the screen. Take the Print out of your Mains Result and Scorecard.
